About the home…
Clydeview Care Home is a 21 bedded care home, 9 of which are en-suite, specialising in care of older people with Dementia and Mental Health, located in Dumbarton. The home is situated in a central location, close to all local amenities. Clydeview Care Home is very well established and is a large house set in attractive landscaped gardens.
We understand that choosing the right care home is a big decision and one that should be made with assistance from relatives and loved-ones. We encourage prospective residents and family members to assist in visits to ensure they feel comfortable in our home.
Life at the home…
All bedrooms are spacious and well equipped and have been designed to make sure our residents feel at home in the warm and comfortable surroundings.
We work under a philosophy of care that dictates that all residents shall live in a safe and comfortable environment, where they are treated with respect and equality, irrespective of their needs and backgrounds and in an environment of trust and familiarity.
Entertainment for Everyone
We firmly believe that the body and the mind are very closely linked and that keeping the body active, even for those who are perhaps less mobile than they once were, can also do wonders for their state of mind.
As such, we have an Activities Co-Ordinator on the team, whose role it is to run a programme of pastimes to stimulate both body and mind.
